VOTE!
Appalachian Festival Downtown Hoedown
Last week nine familiar faces around town congregated on Cincinnati’s Ft. Square with a large crowd to watch. They were contestants in the foot-stompin’ voices-a-hollerin’ Appalachian Festival Downtown Hoedown. All with different professions and different interests, one common trait was shared among them – they had never danced to Cotton Eyed Joe before.
After one short lesson from Harkie’s Hoedowners, their talents were put to the test. Now they need your vote. Our two top vote getters will receive entertainment gift packages from the Appalachian Festival and its partners. (If there is a tie for more than two top vote getters, we will randomly draw a name from the contestants who tied as the prize winners.)
